Chuck is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with over 30 years of experience in offering solutions to issues in product engineering, manufacturing operations and program management. As a Certified Turnaround Professional, Chuck works with client companies to modify operational cultures and restore sound financial systems to turnaround facilities or complete organizations. Chuck's extensive use of lean enterprise tools improves organization structures and operational proficiency and enhances sales pipelines.
Chuck has performed multiple valuations, participated in divestures and liquidations, conducted due-diligence and facilitated acquisitions of businesses. His intimate knowledge of operations supplies valuable insight to our clients when making these difficult decisions.
Chuck holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University, as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Chuck benefits from over 10 years of leadership experience as the president of CMM Engineering, a consulting firm with the objective of helping under-performing public and private firms.
Bruce Anderson

An experienced manufacturing executive with extensive background in engineering and process design, operational management and advanced quality planning. Experienced with NFTA and off-shore manufacturing for automotive, construction equipment, military vehicles, component systems and various other industrial markets. Specialized in minimizing the total cost of operations and restructuring processes.
Lead multiple engagements targeting cost reductions, operational improvements, process and plant layout of small and medium size manufacturing facilities. Trained in the implementation of lean manufacturing practices, negotiating debt reduction from creditors, and managing manufacturing staff to enhance the transformation.
Mr. Anderson holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
Brian Gapco

Strong international business background with a solid track record of market development, sales leadership, program management, and root-cause analysis problem resolution in multiple manufacturing, trucking/distribution, and service industries (automotive, furniture, food, retail, financial, and military).
Brian is a former Marine officer and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA. He is also licensed to practice patent law before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He is fluent in German and conversant in Spanish.
Kevin Yamada
Managing Director
Kevin Yamada has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing and management systems. He has worked for and assisted companies in reducing waste, improving productivity and increasing profit margins. He has extensive quality and lean systems knowledge and implementation, and audit expertise. His expertise includes implementing lean operating systems, supplier development, assessing business and quality management systems, and training.
Yamada’s experience comes from working in the automotive, aerospace, gas utility, consulting industries, academia, among others. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality, Certified Quality Systems Auditor, Certified Trainer/Coach and a Lean Systems trainer.
Yamada is a 3rd degree black belt in Shotokan karate.
